Q: What's your name?
A: Bela...if you know me better,
then you know the rest of it, LOL. Bela means "beautiful" (spelled
bella) in Spanish, and it
means "jasmine
flower" in Hindi.
Q: How old are you?
A: 27 <cringe>
Q: Where do you live?
A: In the SE USA, unfortunately,
LOL. I say unfortunately because I wish I lived elsewhere!
Q: Are you married, single, have
any children?
A: Currently married but separated,
and soon to be divorced. I have three ANGELS in my life. Yana
is my 7 year old
daughter,
and Javi is my 2-1/2 year old son...and Luna is our 7 week old kitten
:o)
Q: What do you do for a living, school,

you where, you psycho!)
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Isshinryu Karate-do and playing
Everquest
- I'm an addict! (See my Isshinryu
page and my Everquest
Mania page) I
also enjoy cooking...and
eating, too (!), traveling, spending time with my kids, listening to music,
learning about different
cultures, religions,
and languages, going to the movies and out to eat, and just spending time
with friends.
Q: What are your favorite colors?
A: Navy blue, first and foremost!
Other than that, I like black and dark red.
Q: What's your favorite number?
A: Lucky number 7 and 13!
Plus, 13 was my soccer jersey number for many years. (Goalie - before
you want a Q and A for
that one!)
Q: Where do you want to live one
day?
A: New Mexico. I lived in
Albuquerque for a few months and I loved it there! Soon, I will have
my New Mexico page up,
and you
can see some pictures from there...and see why I love it! Plus, the
climate in that area is wonderful - you get all
four seasons
well-balanced. And I love the little monsoon season they have in
the summer time. All the rain is so
romantic!
Q: You think rain is romantic?
A: Aye, I'm a hopeless romantic!
Take a look at my Love
page and see if you measure up!
Q: What is your favorite candy bar?
A: Hershey's Dark Chocolate.
(You don't even want to see the faces I make when I eat that manna from
the Gods of
Chocolate...)
Q: What is your favorite cult-classic
flick?
A: Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
(Did you expect any less from me???)
Q: What are your favorite Old School
Arcade Games?
A: Pac-man (especially fast Pac-Man),
Frogger, The Legend of Zelda.

A: Law & Order (I'm a L&O
junkie), Will & Grace, Scrubs, ER, The Man Show, Girls Behaving Badly,
Crank Yankers,
South Park.
Q: What are your favorite TV channels?
A: NBC, TLC/Discovery, Cartoon Network
(Adult Swim rocks), Comedy Central, Food Network, TNT
Q: What is your favorite outfit?
A: I have this black outfit I love
to wear when I go out. It's polyester or nylon, some hippy material,
LOL. It's a sleeveless,
zip-front top,
and bell-bottom pants. RAWR!
Q: Who are your favorite authors
and poets?
A: Edgar Allen Poe, by far.
(Soon I will have a page dedicated to him.) My favorite poem by him,
is Annabel Lee, by far!
A close
second would be A Dream Within a Dream. (Coming soon - my Poe page)
I also love to read the works of Khalil
Gibran,
Rumi, and Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching.
Q: What kind of music do you listen
to?
A: Anything except country, LOL.
Mostly, though, trance and techno, alternative, rock, heavy metal, and
bachate/merengue.
Q: What are your favorite flowers?
A: Cala Lillies are my number one
fave. I also like gladiolas, Lily of the Valleys, lilac, and jasmine.
Q: What are your favorite perfumes
to wear?
A: Rapture by Victoria's Secret,
jasmine flower perfumed oil (from India), Lucky for Women.
Q: And your favorite colognes on
a guy?
A: Carolina Hererra, Obsession,
Escape, Woodlands by Bath & Body Works.
Q: Do you have any tattoos or piercings?
A: I have two tattoos, both suns.
One is in color, and looks like an Aztec/Mayan sun on my left shoulder.
The other is on my
upper right
leg, tribal blue, mischievous-looking sun (devious like me). I have
three earrings in each ear. I did have my
nose pierced
with a tiny diamond stud in it (looked Hella sweet), but it fell out one
night while I was sleeping and closed
up, and
it hurt too bad when I tried to reinsert it! Oh...and more tattoos
to come, one day, as money permits!!!
Q: What are some of your favorite
foods?
A: I love any kind of Indian food
- puris (wheat puffed-breads), curries, saag aloo (spinach with potatoes
dish), paneer
(homemade Indian
cheese), etc. Also Mexican foods, especially pozole (pork and hominy
stew), elotes (corn with
mayonnaise, chile,
lemon juice, butter, and Mexican cheese), and barbecoa (stewed beef).
Q: Who are the people in your life
that you could have fun, just sitting and talking with all night?
A: I have to say three people for
this one. For a girl, I have to say Sharon. We have such a
history together, and we always
have fun
whenever we talk and goof off. Plus we both have an equally sick
and distorted sense of humor and outlook on
life.
We also share a lot of past experiences and current ones, in common, so
it helps us to relate to one another. I truly
feel blessed
to have someone like her in my life, who understands everything about me.
For a guy, I have to say Tony. I
have known
him, only online, and only for a short period of time, but we have this
connection. I feel comfortable saying
anything
to him, and he understands me, no matter how incoherently I ramble on and
on, LOL. He is also a super
pervert
like me, so that helps, LOL! In a bit of a different sense, I have
to say Kelley as my third. For those of you that
don't know
him, he's my 15 year old "son" I adopted on Everquest, LOL! I have
known Kel, as I call him, for almost a
year now.
he was one of the first people I met in my old guild, and one of the first
to really help me out in the game.
Plus, we
can read each other's minds...and I mean that! You have no clue how
many times, out of nowhere, we can type
exactly
the same thought, and sometimes worded exactly the same, too! Freaky!!!
Q: What are your favorite chips?
A: Okay my all-time favorite are
these chips you can get in places with a large Hispanic population, called
Sabrositas. (That
literally
means "little tasties".) They are made by Frito-Lay, and they are
essentially the corn chips, but seasoned with
lime and
chile - YUMMY!!! Chips that I can buy locally, I have to say Cool
Ranch Doritos, even though they give you
God-awful
breath after eating them, LOL!
Q: What is your dream in life?
A: Number one and priority - for
the very best life possible for my children. My dream has always
been to be involved in the
natural
health field somehow, and eventually own my own herb shop/clinic.
I will make that dream happen, it will
just take
some time. Another dream of mine was to become a martial artist.
I am living that dream now - and I'm
unstoppable!!!
I also dream of one day going to Mexico, or any other Central/South American
country and either study
briefly
under a curandero(a) (medicine man/woman) and/or also volunteering in some
sort of relief project.
Q: What are your favorite drinks?
A: Alcoholic - Colorado Bulldog.
Pop - orange pop is my once a month indulgence, as I don't drink pop much.
Other -
WATER!!!
I drink water non-stop! (It's the only good habit I can say I have, LOL!)
I also love limonada, Mexican
lemonade.
And yes, Mexican lemonade is different than lemonade here, LOL!
Q: Who came up with these questions,
so far?
A: I DID, you doofus! Plus
I borrowed a bunch of them from my sweetheart Tracee and her webpage
- check it out!
Q: What if I have questions that
are not listed here?
A: Then you email them to me, and
I will post them here, and give you recognition for your submission!
Q: Okay, so if I wanted to ask you,
"Would you loan me $100?", how would it show up on here?
A: It would probably look like the
next question and answer :o)
Q: Would you loan me $100?
(submitted by FOOLIO)
A: Hell no!!!
E-mail me with any questions you'd like to see on here!
